I cannot thank you enough , your team were fantastic. I had a Water supply leak on Christmas Day it was a mess and so was I! Your team attended promptly on both Christmas day and again Boxing Day to repair . They were very diligent , professional , clean and tidy and cheerful given that it was Christmas day , please give them my thanks again .
I just wanted to thank your team who came out to us on Saturday & Sunday 25th & 26th November) they were all super friendly, helpful, informative and tidy.
After waiting for a long time (not down to you) to have a hidden leak found and fixed, you will never understand how appreciated I am of what was completed this weekend.
They worked hard in the cold and wet weather to find the leak and repair it quickly and without fuss or disturbance to us.

Replacing leaking stop tap and section of pipe was all done so efficiently with no fuss. It was in an awkward place down a hole all muddy and flooded and uncomfortable to work in but James and Tom were very pleasant and professional and pumped it dry in a few moments and got the repair done amazingly quickly, then left the site neat and tidy.
They're knowledgeable, skilled, well equipped, and prepared to work through the difficulties.
May I just take this opportunity to thank the two technicians (Damien and work colleague) that came to site to carry out repairs to one of the site water mains on Tuesday 20 June 23, they were both courteous and professional, they both reacted well to the people around them and explained on serval occasions what they were doing and why.

I’d like to pass on my thanks to all those involved with replacement of my outside pipes. Danny and the team were polite and professional and not deterred by equipment failure or other delays outside of their control. I will add that the 2 chaps who turned up yesterday to take way and make good, couldn’t do enough to help. The men who came from M and S to fix my water leak, and also those who came to make good afterwards, were brilliant. It rained on both days but they still worked without complaint and made surprisingly little mess in the circumstances. They did a very good job and I can't praise them enough.

I had m and s waters come out to me to fix a water leak in my garden and then came back to repave and topsoil and seed my garden. They did an amazing job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The men were also so lovely polite and nothing was too much for them. A ++++ service
